PF-11 LIGHT-WIRE PREFEEDER FROM ARTOS ENGINEERING FOR MAXIMUM PRODUCTIVITY OF SMALL-WIRE BUNDLES

BROOKFIELD, Wis., Feb. 22, 2016– Designed for maximum productivity even at high speeds, the PF-11 light-wire prefeeder from Artos Engineering provides superior tangle- free feeds of small-gauge loose-coil wire up to 5.5mm (.22 inch) in diameter.

The PF-11 prefeeder is easy to load, for minimal changeover time, and even easier to program using a touch-screen panel to adjust the feed rate. The PF-11 includes an adaptive feeding system that handles up to 10M/Sec (1968 Feet/Min), assuring a constant, undisturbed wire supply and virtually eliminating wire misfeeds and length variations.

“We developed the PF-11 to maximize productivity of small-wire bundles of up to 860mm (34 inches). It’s a must for long wire applications,” says John Olsen II, Artos Engineering Company president.

Manufactured in the U.S., the PF-11 is available in standard height, recommended for Artos CS-Series machines or in elevated height, for Artos Cr. Series machines. Electrical options (power is switchable) are 115 or 230 VAC 1Ph 50 or 60Hz 8amp max.
